Our process all starts with a good understanding of your needs and a full consultation with an experienced project manager. We will discuss everything from desired building specifications, down to finish and styling, ensuring we cover project timings and budget too.
We can help facilitate the creation of all your architectural plans and drawings, and guide you through the planning application process. Once planning is complete, we will finalise the project costs and create a construction plan outlining all stages, dependencies and guide timings.
Once your vision is defined and we have a construction plan to work with – we will coordinate all skilled tradesmen to carry out works precisely as we have agreed. All work is in accordance with building regulations and signed off by the relevant governing bodies.
We provide skilled and experienced project managers that coordinate all aspects of the build process to ensure your job is completed to the very highest of standards. Post-build we will provide you with all certification and installation documents.
